analytics working in an engaging environment that promotes teamwork and a sense of accomplishment! Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is seeking a Senior Principal Cyber Systems Engineer 4-TS/SCI/Poly to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals located in Northern Virginia.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Analyze and study complex systems
Gather data pertaining to customer needs, and use the information to identify, predict, interpret, and evaluate system and network requirements.
Ensure coordination and information flow occurs between all programs and organizational managers
Gather data pertaining to customer needs, and use the information to identify, predict, interpret, and evaluate system and network requirements.
Monitor system performance to determine whether adjustments need to be made, and to determine where changes will need to be made in the future.
Recommend changes to improve systems and network configuration

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics or related discipline and 9+ years' experience, or a Master's degree and 7+ years' experience. Four (4) years of additional system engineering experience may be considered in lieu of degree
Must have an Active and/or Current Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph clearance
Proficiency with requirements gathering
Experience providing technical and business solutions
Knowledge of systems engineering principles

Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency with Active Directory and Group Policy Management
Proficiency with Microsoft SQL
Proficiency with Windows Server Update Services
Demonstrated experience in a technical position supporting Windows server environments.
AWS experience is a plus
