The Engineering Organization requires an Engineering Manager experienced in Software Engineering to lead a team that consists of Software engineers, Network Engineers, and System Administrators. Candidate will ensure quality engineering support to programs, IRADs, CRADs, and new business pursuits. Responsibilities include employee inclusion to include day-to-day communications, employee engagement, performance management, career development, employee rewards and recognition, and resolving personnel issues. The responsibilities also includes the recruiting, sourcing, onboarding of new employees, college and intern recruiting, development and advancement of engineering practices, identification of skill gaps, and increasing engineering competencies through strategic hiring and employee skills development. The position requires functional management of approximately 8-15 engineers.
