Software Engineer - Clearance Required

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Software Engineer to support Software Design and Verification for the EPS-R program based in Redondo Beach, CA. This position supports the automated test environment, and encompasses new software development as well as porting existing software to Windows10, and in some cases porting software from LabView (CARDS) to TEC, an existing C++ architecture.
? This position supports the testing of our newest defense communication satellite, ensuring that this critical technology performs for our nation.

? The successful candidate will be able to work independently, and will be a self-starter.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other technical degree required.
Requires experience working in a controlled software development paradigm, following detailed requirements and performing formal verification on the developed software.
Knowledge of C/C++/C# and Python is required, as is experience in developing embedded, real-time software.
Final DoD Secret clearance is required to start.
Active Secret clearance
2years of experience with a STEMBachelor'sdegree;0 years with a STEM Master's degree

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with hardware test environments is a plus, as is experience in instrumentation control.
Experience with LabView programming and porting is a plus.
Experience with VxWorks programming at the BSP and device driver level is strongly desired.
