Software Development Analyst 3

This is a senior level position that researches, designs, develops, and/or modifies systems and/or software applications in compliance with Company standards. Plans system development and deployment. Evaluates hardware/software interfaces, operating requirements, documents, tests, maintains and modifies systems as required.May serve as a lead over lower level positions. Guides major programs and may function in a project leadership role.

This candidate will serve as a Teamcenter system administration expert in support of multiple major Teamcenter deployments. Perform all technical Teamcenter implementation tasks. Maintain applications using the Teamcenter Enterprise and Teamcenter Unified suite of applications. Perform system installations, product upgrades, and configurations on both Linux and Windows platforms. Work experience with Teamcenter Enterprise 8.1 or later, Teamcenter 11.2 or later.

Basic Qualifications:

5 Years with Bachelors in Science; 3 Years with Masters; 0 Years with PhD.
DOD Secret clearance
General experience in system architecture, distributed caching servers implementation, 4 Tier Client administration/installation/configurations, Patch installation, license server maintenance, TcIC Interface using Catia connectors, Translation Scheduler/Module administration, and Teamcenter Security Services.
Proficient in testing and troubleshooting Teamcenter related systems/application problems in an Windows and Linux environment.
Must have a good understanding of the Engineering release process.
Experience in gathering and documenting user requirements, performing business process analysis, workflow development, permissions/rules, and system administration.
Good communication skills with project and technical leadership experience.
At least 5 years of direct hands-on experience in Teamcenter Unified administration and support.

Preferred Qualifications:

Advance degree desirable.
Experience with the Teamcenter Aerospace and Defense Solution module, CAD interfaces, and Visualization is a plus.
Experience with JBOSS installation, patching, performance tuning, and administration, Windows server and client administration.
Experience in Windows scripting, Java, HTML/XML, and Oracle SQL.
Understanding of Information security, CompTIA Security+ certified, and a good working knowledge of SSL and authentication concepts.
Exercises considerable latitude in determining technical objectives.
Contributions have long term influence for desired results.
Provides technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems with regular use of ingenuity and creativity.
Works with little direction, independently determines optimum solutions to achieve major organizational objectives.
