Northrop Grumman Technology Services is seeking a Site Manager at Bagram AFB in Afghanistan to manage day-to-day activities at assigned program site, including employees' timesheets, performance evaluations, property control, facility, safety, security and daily production and directs the work of employees assigned from technical, manufacturing and administrative areas. Directs all phases of assigned location program objectives from inception through completion. Responsible for site specific technical statement of work / performance and overall site operations.
This position is contingent upon proposal/task award.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree with 3 years of applicable experience. An additional 4 years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
Secret Clearance
Experience as a maintenance supervisor
Preferred Qualifications:
FAA A&P Mechanic certification
Former experience deployed as a contractor accompanying armed forces
Military experience with an MOS for flight crew, logistics or aviation maintenance
Experience with DCMA 8210 regulations
AS9100/9110 quality standards
