Senior Principal Test Engineer w/ Active Clearance

We are currently seeking a Senior Principal Test Engineer to support our Advanced Programs in Northridge, CA. Relocation assistance, while not guaranteed, may be available.

Job Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
•Work with internal and external customers to define and document instrumentation, data requirements, and test planning including acquisition, processing, and analysis to satisfy test objectives
•Apply technical expertise in test execution, data analysis, and use of test instrumentation to meet test objectives and requirements
•Design, develop, and implement testing methods and equipment
•Develop technical solutions to complex test issues and troubleshooting


Basic Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree AND a minimum of nine (9) years of related experience OR a Master's degree AND seven (7) years of related experience.

• Must have a current/active Secret clearance.

•Experience with aerospace systems and hardware.

•Proficient in the use of Logic Analyzers, Software Based Debugging tools, In-Circuit Emulators, RF Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, and Signal Generators.

•Able to communicate effectively and clearly to present technical approaches and findings.
•Able to work independently with minimal direction and act as team lead for larger test efforts.

Preferred Qualifications:
•Experience in RF testing and compact ranges for both subsystem and system level testing.

• Top Secret clearance.
