Senior Principal Industrial Security Analyst 4

Develops, and administers security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment. Studies and implements federal security regulations that apply to company operations. Obtains rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies. Prepares manuals outlining regulations, and establishes procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitors access to restricted records and materials. Conducts security education classes and security audits. Investigates security violations and prepares reports specifying preventive action to be taken.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of related FSO/CPSO experience; or 8 years with MS Degree; An additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of Bachelor's degree.

Certified FSO with 4+ yearsof direct FSO security support experience.

Current TS/SCIClearance with ability to obtain Poly clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph.

Working knowledge of ICD 705, ICD 704, ICD 503 and applicable sponsor procedures

Ability to manage the program security requirements of SCI and DOD contracts.

Knowledgeable and able to answer questions; provide procedure and policy.

Guidance and supply approvals in accordance with IC and Sponsor procedures.

Experience working with customer-based security components.

Previous proposal/BD work a plus Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to interact with.

Internal/external customers and across organizational elements.

Ability to work independently and follow projects through to completion.

Ability to maintain flexibility to deal with changing priorities and deadlines.

Able to assist security personnel as needed.

Strong working knowledge of basic office automation tool suites such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

COMSEC Trained and Certified Strong working knowledge of SIMS.
