Security Cost Account Manager 3

The Security Coordinator will perform cost account management duties for the organization. Will be responsible for establishing, maintaining and renewing organizational funding to provide financial support and analysis to meet program requirements. Will be the liaison between Program Finance, Program Management, and the Information Assurance organization. Acts as the "focal point" for Basis of Estimates (BOEs) for any new programs. Perform tasks including: budget baseline, assessment and visibility reports, development and analysis of estimates to complete. Maybe asked occasionally to assist the Cyber Information Assurance organization with miscellaneous Information Assurance duties.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Associates degree and 2 years of cost accounting experience; OR a High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of cost accounting experience is required.
  • Must have experience with baseline budgeting, financial reporting, or analysis of estimates.
  • Must have experience (as a user) of Windows 7, Windows 10, and the Microsoft Office suite of products.
  • Must be able to obtain, and maintain, a DoD Secret level security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • The ideal candidate will have an Associates degree in Information Systems and 3 years of cost accounting experience in a classifiedaerospace anddefense environment.
  • Strong understanding of IT or Information Assurance would be helpful.
  • Active DoD Secret level security clearance preferred.
