Security Coordinator 3

Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems sector is seeking a highly motivated Security Professional to join a dynamic and diverse Special Access Program. The Security professional must be able to adapt to a fast paced and challenging work environment. Produces employee and guest badges. Processes security information and data for a Special Access Program (SAP), security clearances, and property control. Maintains a compliant Security Education Program;conductsspecialized Security briefings.Processes visit authorizations for employees and guests to gain access to restricted areas. Verifies accuracy of information prior to issuing clearances. Maintains controlled security documents and information.
Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED and an a ctive DoD Secret Clearance with an investigation completed within 6 years
  • 6 years of security or administrative experience
  • Knowledge of NISPOM and SAP DoD Manuals and Directives
  • Must be able to obtain and maintainSpecial ProgramAccess

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelors degree in criminal justice
  • 6 + years working in a DoD government security environment
