SCA Secretary/Travel Clerk III

Responsible for daily Administrative and Human Resources activities at the Fort Hood’s Mission Training Complex (MTC) which includes four supporting MTC Sites at Fort Bliss, Fort Sill, Fort Carson, and Fort Riley. Will serve as the primary MTC’s Travel Coordinator to include processing Travel Reimbursements using the CONCUR Travel Program. Other responsibilities will include serving as the HR POC responsible for internet Accounts Receivable/Payable; Administrative/HR policy updates; processing new hires and exiting employees; corporate credit card reports/statements; Environmental, Health, and Safety Coordinator; and FEDEX shipment processing for the Fort Hood MTC and the four supporting MTC Sites;

Basic Qualifications:

Secret Clearance required. Must have experience using CONCUR Travel Program, administrative knowledge of Microsoft Office, Human Resource and administrative experience of corporate policies, required phone skills to interact with several employees, superiors and VIP’s in a professional manner, and a good understanding of administrative office skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Possess a valid Secret Clearance, Certified in the CONCUR Travel Program, Certified in Microsoft Office Windows 7 and Windows 10, and a solid background in Human Resources/Administrative experience at a corporate level.
