Our Mission Command Training Center (MCTC) program is seeking a Computer System Analyst2 (CSA-2) to join their diverse team at Fort Sill Oklahoma. The MCTC Program assist the Army in training soldiers and units in order to enhance readiness. The Fort Sill Mission Training Complex (MTC) specializes in supporting the Army Mission Command Systems training requirements of the Fires units (both Field Artillery and ADA) based at the Fires Center of Excellence FCoE). This position specifically supports the information Assurance (IA) and cybersecurity effort required to protect the MTC networks and meet all Risk Management Framework (RMF) compliance requirements. Job duties:
The person selected will perform the following tasks:
Setup, configure, install, deploy, troubleshoot and update Internetwork Operating System (IOS) and patches.
Apply Information Assurance Vulnerability Management (IAVM) and Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) on the switches, routers, firewalls, Call Managers and VOIP Phones.
Run the Assured compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) and Cisco vulnerability scans on all Risk Management Framework (RMF) IA-enabled network devices/systems. Update RMF network documentation and other RMF duties such as data backup and disaster recovery operation.
Configure and load keys in encryption devices.
Troubleshoot and invoke warranties for network devices.
Assist with Tactical Operations Center (TOC) Pad power and network connectivity for a variety of applications, operating systems, protocols and networks.

Basic Qualifications:
Active Secret clearance or ability to gain a Secret Clearance.
High School Diploma graduate with 5 years' experience in network engineering
Security Plus certification.
Demonstrated understanding of basic networking and switching through either certified training or work experience.
Ability to set up the network within an organization, maintain network infrastructure, such as routers and switches.
Ability to troubleshoot network-related problems.
Understanding of administration of security devices such as firewalls and network encryption devices.
Understanding of Server 2012 R2 applications.
Familiar with SQL 2012/2014 and application of operating system updates, patches and configuration changes.

Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experiences with the Risk Management Framework (RMF) Cybersecurity Lifecycle to include: identifying controls and overlays, generating testable requirements, identifying resilient architecture design, configuring, running, and scripting audit tools, providing analysis of vulnerability analyses, conducting verification testing for compliance assessment.
Network Plus and A plus certification
Knowledge of network monitoring software such as SolarWinds.
Administrative knowledge of Microsoft Server 2012 R2, Network Policy (RADIUS), familiar with Red Hat Linux, Web Services/Internet Information Services (IIS and Windows 10.
Ability to install, configure and support one or more Virtual Server Technologies (Hyper-V, and or VMware).
