Regulatory Compliance Analyst 3

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is seeking a regulatory Compliance Analyst 3 to support Government Accounting. The Analyst will support Government Incurred cost proposal submissions and government audits of high profile expenses such as compensation, legal, and relocation expenses. This position will be located in Linthicum, MD.

Roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Lead NG support and responses to government business system audits.
  • Provide data analysis and recommendations to management for CAS compliance issues including accounting practice change cost impacts and Gross Dollar Magnitude (GDM) for submittal to government.
  • Support negotiations of final incurred costs rates prior years (e.g. 2010 forward) including any potential penalties.

Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to interface with the government customers

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree with 6 years of related experience - OR - Masters with 4 years of experience.

Accounting experience.

Experience with SAP business system.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.

Audit and compliance experience

Prior experience interfacing with government customers.
