The GSC Compliance Analyst shall:

  • Provide support in the implementation of Supply Chain policies, procedures and practices to ensure that these are in compliance with the appropriate statutes and regulations.
  • Ensure that company and regulatory reporting requirements are met.
  • Assist in interpreting federal, state and/or international regulations as they apply to products and Supply Chain processes, practices and procedures.

Investigate and resolve compliance problems, questions, or complaints received from internal and external customers, and may help to develop and implement programs designed to increase employee awareness and knowledge of compliance policies.

  • Perform Procurement Analysis & Compliance Evaluations (PACE) and other surveillance activities on procurement actions to ensure compliance with the requirements of Northrop Grumman Corporation (NGC), government laws, regulations (FAR/DFARS/Other Agency Supplements), and customer prime contract requirements.
  • Generate and distribute multiple reports.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, Finance or related field and 3 years of supply chain or related experience or MS degree and 1 year of supply chain or related experience. An additional 4 years of experience may be substituted for a degree.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of FAR/DFARS
  • Demonstrated excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficient in SAP or similar tool
