Quality Analyst

Generic
Develop and implement program quality plans, programs, and procedures using statistical quality control statistics, lean manufacturing concepts, and six-sigma tools and analyses. Ensures that performance and quality products conform to established company and regulatory standards. Reviews, analyzes and reports on quality discrepancies related to assembly, process, mechanical, electrical and electro-mechanical systems. Investigates problems and develops disposition and corrective actions for recurring discrepancies. Interfaces with manufacturing, engineering, customer, vendor and subcontractor representatives to ensure requirements are met. Recommends corrective actions, dispositions and modifications.

  • Collects, compiles and reports results of evaluation, attendance and training data

  • Assist and execute training content setup
  • Support Metric maintenance
  • Support Newsletter Creation


Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience with Learning Managements System Implementation and Maintenance
  • Ability to travel 10%
  • ability to react positively to ever changing developments
  • Help lead the way forward to both new and existing employees
  • Ability to communicate professionally with all levels of employees
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills are necessary support training initiatives
  • High-level of organization skills
  • Strong desire to be a part of a fast paced continual Improvement focused team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently and organize/prioritize job assignments and tasks.
  • Knowledge of Windows, Power Point, Word and Excel or similar programs required
