Northrop Grumman Mission Assurance is seeking a Quality Analyst 3 to join our team in located in Huntsville, Alabama.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Develops and implements program quality plans, programs, and procedures using statistical quality control statistics, lean manufacturing concepts, and six-sigma tools and analyses.
Ensures that performance and quality products conform to established company and regulatory standards.
Reviews, analyzes and reports on quality discrepancies related to assembly, process, mechanical, electrical and electro-mechanical systems (production)

Investigates problems and develops disposition and corrective actions for recurring discrepancies.
Interfaces with manufacturing, engineering, customer, vendor and subcontractor representatives to ensure requirements are met.
Recommends corrective actions, dispositions and modifications
Audits internal processes and writes audit reports. Risk Based Process Evaluations.
Assists with inspections: Receiving/ First Article/ Production/ Final
Generates Quality Notices/SCARs using SAP Tracks Supplier Assessment Management System reports and Supplier Quality Ratings.
Manages Risk and Opportunity for the program.
Reviews and evaluate sub-contractor risk.
Performs quality analysis of Preventative Maintenance Checks and Services (PMCS) Work Orders in Catalog Ordering Logistics Tracking System (COLTS).
MAQEA
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
5 years of industry experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs/software.
Current DoD Secret clearance. US Citizenship required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Quality/process auditing experience.
ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 trained auditor.
Proficient in SAP.
Advanced Excel skills
