Quality Analyst 2- Bagram

Northrop Grumman Technology Services is seeking a Quality Analyst for our SEMA program. The Quality Analyst will develop and implement program quality plans, programs, and procedures using statistical quality control statistics, lean manufacturing concepts, and six-sigma tools and analyses. Reviews, analyzes, and reports on quality discrepancies. Investigates problems and develops disposition and corrective actions for recurring discrepancies. Recommends corrective actions, dispositions and modifications. Will oversee the quality and safety aspects of aircraft and mission system maintenance, repair, modification, and logistics in an OCONUS location. Ensures compliance with programs, policies, processes, procedures in accordance with the requirements of AS9100 / 9110 and DCMA INST 8210.1 and OSHA and EPA regulations through audit and observation. Provide support in continuous improvement of procedures. Act as primary point of contact with customer quality personnel to address observations and issues. Coordinate with Supplier Quality Assurance to maintain material and services to established Northrop Grumman and contract quality requirements. Monitors and maintains site specific quality metrics. Focal for corrective, preventive and continuous improvement actions. Oversee compliance with relevant EPA and Northrop Grumman processes and procedures as applicable to location.

This will be an OCONUS position located in Bagram AFB, Afghanistan.

This position is contingent upon proposal/task award.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience. An additional 4 years of experience may be substituted in lieu of

degree.

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Quality Assurance experience with US Army or DCMA
  • FAA Airframe & Powerplant certificate
  • AS9100 / 9110 Lead Auditor training
  • OSHA 30 Hour Compliance Training
  • Experience in Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
