Property Control Support 2

Maintains records of property owned by government, company, and associate contractors in accordance with company procedure or government regulations. Maintains records and logs of property received, transferred, allocated, held and disposed; coordinates property transfers; conducts periodic property inventories; and prepares reports of property status. Primary responsibility is the reporting excess property, including contract closure and termination, to the Government and Customer requesting disposal direction. Basic familiarity with FAR part 45 and part 52 as it pertains to Government Furnished Property disposition with expectation to increase knowledge and understanding. Position will be processing Government disposal requests through the Government's Plant Clearance Automated Reutilization Screening System (PCARSS). General knowledge and the requirements of the PCARSS system is recommended. Will process record updates to the sites property database. Individual needs to be a self-starter with minimal supervision.
Basic Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent GED. 1 to 2 years of Government Property (Test Equipment, Tooling, and Material) related work experience.

Some knowledge of Government Property (Test Equipment, Tooling, and Material) management from initial receipt through disposal. Computer proficient with multiple applications Oracle, MS Office. Self-starter with minimal supervision, strong communication, (written and oral), customer service/support skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Individual proficient with the Governments Plant Clearance Automated Reutilization Screening System (PCARSS). Working knowledge of SAP, GOLD, and AssetSmart applications.
