Property Administrator 2

Northrop Grumman Missions Systems Sector - Business Management Group - Government Property Business Division seeks a Government Property Administrator 2 to join its team.

This position is located in Woodland Hills, CA

Working in a warehouse environment as the primary lead with the involvement in all elements of Property Management relating to the care and control of Government/Customer and Company Property in accordance with Company Policies, FAR, and Contractual requirements from acquisition through disposition. Primary focus is warehousing, storage, disposals, scrap sales, and records management. Perform self-assessment/surveillance activity relating to data analysis and area audits. Maintain good working relationships with internal/external customers supporting all requirements and requests to ensure that effective controls are implemented and sustained. Ability to review and understand contract language as it pertains to property requirements in the areas of, but not limited to Warehousing, Storage, Disposal, Inventory, and Loss Reporting.Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or other related discipline with a minimum of 3 years directly related professional work experience OR a Master's degree with 1 year of directly related professional work experience. 7 years of related experience will be considered in lieu of the bachelors degree.

Full knowledge of all aspects of Government Property (Test Equipment, Tooling, Material) management from initial receipt through disposal. Background in warehousing and storage, physical inventory, records management, and disposals.Computer proficient with multiple applications Oracle, MS Office. Self-starter with strong communication, (written and oral), customer service/support skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Extensive warehousing background related to Government and Company owned property. Working knowledge of SAP, GOLD, and AssetSmart applications.
