The Global Supply Chain (GSC) DevelopmentProject Management individual is responsible for providing customer satisfaction and optimal Supply Chain performance to the Special Projects Development Program Manager and associated IPTs, and has total GSC day-to-day responsibility from Supplier requirements identificationthrough product/servicedelivery in support of our customers. This includes overallperformance, quality, schedule, delivery, and costfor therespective PM and IPTs. Supply Chain processes include the coordination of: procurement of equipment, materials, supplies, and services; technical supplier interface; procurement audits (both internal and external); supplier relations; internal inventory control; transportation, warehousing, kitting, material scheduling and planning; material cost management, estimating, and price/cost analysis, performed through applicable functional GSC departments.

The selected candidate will be required to travelto multipleNorthrop Grumman sites asnecessary per business requirements.
Travel: 25%

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors of Science degree and a minimum of 10 years of experience in business management, project management, finance, global supply chain, and/or contract negotiation;
  • OR Master's degree and a minimum of8 years of experience in business management, project management, finance, global supply chain, and/or contract negotiation.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced, highly technical work environment
  • Ability to communicate/interface with multiple levels, to include peers and peers, senior management.
  • Experience interfacing and briefing senior management
  • Experience scheduling and supporting projects
  • High level of proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite, includingMicrosoft Project.
  • Must have a current active Top Secret clearance

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in change management
  • Active Special Program Access
