Project Management 3/4

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Project Management Administrator to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Sunnyvale, CA.

Roles and responsibilities:
Prepare data items in accordance with DoD requirements
Compile data from a variety of sources to develop material requirements and spares quantities
Provide support for programs in provisioning and allowance documentation and prepare and maintain associated documentation
Participate in provisioning conferences and physical inventories
Support proposal development by gathering and organizing data and preparing cost estimates and rationale
Research discrepancies and recommend corrective action
Monitor support effectiveness through document reviews, identify issues and provide recommended solutions

This requisition may be filled at a higher grade based on qualifications listed below.

This requisition may be filled at either a level 3 or a level 4.

BQs for a Project Management 3 are:
Bachelors degree and 6 years relevant experience or Masters degree and 4 years relevant experience.
Must be a self-starter, able to prioritize multiple tasks
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in MS Word and Excel
Basic experience with MS Power Point
Be comfortable and work well as part of an integrated team
Must be a US citizen with ability to obtain a Secret clearance

BQs for a Project Management4 are:
Bachelors degree and10 years relevant experience or Masters degree and8 years relevant experience.
Must be a self-starter, able to prioritize multiple tasks
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in MS Word and Excel
Basic experience with MS Power Point
Be comfortable and work well as part of an integrated team
Must be a US citizen with ability to obtain a Secret clearance

Preferred Qualifications:
Working knowledge of customer compliance documents, government instructions, and government standards
Knowledge of government contracts and related documents
