Project Management 3 (Redondo Beach)

Support F-35 Sustainment Integration Manager in the integration of F-35 Programmatics including: Programmatics (activity reports, staffing plans, quality & schedule metrics, executive level presentations, command media, etc.); Change Management including tracking & statusing of change requests; Configuration Management including tracking & statusing of supplier data requirements (SDRs); Cost Account Management including Earned Value Management System (EVMS); Affordability Management; Property Management; Risk/Issue Management; Systems/Tools

Integration; and Proposal Management. Ideal candidate should have project management experience with understanding of above listed elements, prior Logistics/Product Support/Sustainment experience. Ideal candidate should have complete understanding and application of principles, concepts, practices, and standards, full knowledge of industry practices and able to develop solutions to a variety of complex problems. Work is performed under general direction. Participates in determining objectives of assignments. Plan schedules and arranges own activities to meet quality and schedule objectives. Coordinates assigned tasks across multiple disciplines/product teams. Must possess excellent oral and written skills. BS in business or financial field.

Basic Qualifications:

Minimum 6 years experience in proposal preparation (RFP through Negotiations) with Bachelor's degree business management or Finance and/or 4 years with MBA. Able to obtain and maintain Secret clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

Aerospace Proposal experience a plus. Experience with proposal preparation (RFP through Negotiations).
