The Underwater Launch Systems Department is seeking a Project Management Analyst to support the Program Manager in all aspects of running a development program that will update the existing Trident underwater launcher subsystem. This position will be located in Sunnyvale, California.

Duties will include monitoring program performance, identifying / managing issues and risks in a timely manner, managing critical subcontracts, leading internal and external meetings and IPTs, and managing submittal of contract deliverables.

Additional responsibilities include providing technical and management information to the customer, ensuring billing milestone objectives are met, creating integrated master planning and scheduling, and leading proposal development efforts. Conduct technical analysis of product implementations, modifications and enhancements to product in accordance with specific customer specifications and implementations. Troubleshoot technical problems and issues, determine technical solution in accordance with product and customer specifications, and recommend actions to company or customer representatives for coordinative product solution. Assess product needs in accordance with customer specifications. Conduct technical training and product briefing with customers, vendors and company representatives. Act as local on-site representative to customer's organization.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years experience, 3 years with Master's degree
Experience with Earned Value Management
Experience with Risk Management.
Experience in budgeting and scheduling of major hardware production efforts
Outstanding PC Skills Microsoft Office suite, Microsoft Project and SAP MRP (or similar) system
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to multi task and balance multiple projects simultaneously
Must be a US citizen and with the ability to obtain a secret clearance

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
Project Management Experience
Understanding of DoD contract requirements as they pertain to the Program Office
Supply Chain experience
Technical background with underwater launching systems
