Project Management 3 - Active Clearance Required
This Project Management 3 position will be part of the organization responsible for meeting a wide range of operational and infrastructure needs. Project managers in this group support programs that have needs in staffing, deployment, tracking, onboarding tools, and general infrastructure (provisioning phones, PCs, office locations/relocations, etc.). Among the responsibilities will be:
- Lead Staffing/Hiring/Redeployment administrative tasks
- Resource Management
- Meeting facilitation, action item tracking & metrics
- Office locations/relocations/archibus
- Lead Provisioning Tasks (PCs, phone, badges, wireless)
- Security Clearance Submittals and Tracking
- Training tracking (who, what, when)
- Facilities/Infrastructure administrative tasks
- Program on-boarding
- Program systems and tools access
- Special Assignments
Bachelor's degree required. Must have an active Secret clearance. Must have at least 3 years project management experience that included regular use of MS-Office, MS-Project, and standard project management principles and practices. Experience must also have included direct interaction with all levels of an organization, up to and including VPs.
PMP certification is a plus. Managing infrastructure projects is also preferred.
