Northrop Grumman, Apopka, FL is looking for an experienced Project Management individual contributor to join our team.

Business-face for manufacturing representative responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance execution of the Manufacturing scope of the contract. Manufacturing lead for proposal phase of the Manufacturing operations content including coordinating the inputs with the program office, Engineering Program Manager, Supply Chain Management , functional manufacturing and test organizations. Focal point in driving manufacturing process development, continuous improvement, and affordability initiatives related to specific program . Serves as manufacturing team liaison to/from

program management, engineering, manufacturing operations, global supply chain, mission assurance and customers. Manages risks and opportunities for all Operations scope. Collaborates with all functional organizations to resolve any Operations conflicts or challenges. Cost Account Manager (CAM) for Manufacturing Operations budget, including Earned Value Management reporting and variance reporting. Ensures that the required manufacturing and test resources are forecasted and secured to execute the job (people, equipment and facilities). Manufacturing representative at program

Configuration Control Board, ensuring proper implementation of design changes

Active participant in program risk management activity, ensuring manufacturing risks are accurately portrayed in the program risk register.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree with a minimum 3 years work experience in related project management experience.

Working knowledge of Earned Value Management reporting or similar reporting and variance reporting

Demonstrated ability to work in a cross functional team and interact with both managers and customers

Communication skills to include both written and verbal

Microsoft - specifically advanced Excel (to include but not limited to v-look up function)

U. S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain a security clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

Prefer technical or leadership experience
