Description:
This position requires experience with Earned Value Management while supporting the Communication Navigation Identification (CNI) program. The selected candidate will provide advisory assistance to CNI program management to include cost and schedule budgeting/forecasting/reporting, weekly performance measurement and cost tracking, earned value updates, variance and estimate-to-complete analysis, and supporting various proposal efforts. The position requires strong working relationships with peers and IPT staff. The ideal candidate is adept with integrated cost/schedule management and analysis while providing actionable recommendations to management. The candidate should enjoy the challenges of working in a dynamic environment within an IPT. Additional skills required for the position are strong analytical, communication and presentation skills; a demonstrated ability to work effectively on project and cross functional teams; generating performance metrics, charts, ad-hoc reports and staffing plans; effectively communicate and summarize data to Management /IPTs.

ERCOMMS
Basic Qualifications :
3 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree or 1 year with a master's degree. Proficient using Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Project) and EVMS tools and concepts. Experience in project control/leadership to include cost and schedule budgeting/forecasting/reporting, weekly performance measurement and cost tracking, earned value updates, variance and estimate-to-complete analysis, and various proposal development efforts.

Preferred Qualifications :
Experienced in preparing the plans and schedules for new or existing programs. Adept at generating and analyzing the following: cost reports, operational budgets, schedules, and manpower requirements. Accustomed in supporting negotiations with the customer. Demonstrated ability in assessing impact of projects upon various areas such as Engineering, Facilities, and the labor pool to determine the most practical and cost-efficient methods to obtain the required resources.
Proven experience in resolving proposal generation problems and able to assess progress against an established plan and parameters. Formulates and recommends corrective action measures such as schedule revisions, manpower adjustments, fund allocations, and work requirements.
