Northrop Grumman Technology Services sector is seeking a Project Management Analyst 2 to join our growing team at Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The selected candidate will become part of a Northrop Grumman team of professionals who actively design and develop avionics test bench and specialized lab equipment in an avionics test and development laboratory.


  • Plan, prepare and issue periodic reports to management on status of each project assigned
    • Weekly updates to management
    • Monthly submittals to support Program / Portfolio Management Reviews
  • Develop Integrated Master Schedules for tasks / contracts assigned
  • Provide Contractor Data Requirements List (CDRL) and/or Supplier DRLs (SDRLs) to Project Management Lead and management for periodic review
  • Coordinate with management in developing and maintaining risk / opportunity plans for each project assigned
  • Develop and maintain metrics for project supervision
  • Assist in Basis of Estimate development for future work / proposals.
  • Liaise as needed between stakeholder groups (manufacturing, engineering, computer operations, procurement) to achieve project objectives
Basic Qualifications:
  • 3+ years with Bachelor's or 1+ years with Master's
  • Must have active U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Secret security clearance
  • Must be able to coordinate several projects and product lines in parallel
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Applications for use in project update meetings

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge or experience with Department of Defense contracts
  • Knowledge or experience with operations in a avionics software lab
  • Experience coordinating between several stake holder groups (Computer / network Operations, Lab Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement ).
