Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems is currently seeking a Program Planning & Scheduling Analyst 3 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Oklahoma City, OK and the qualified applicant will become part of MAS B-2 Master.

Planning and Scheduling Department. Roles and Responsibilities:

- Primary duty is to prepare, develop and coordinate updates and changes to the integrated master schedule to meet all program objectives
- Ensures major projects and program schedules and plans are horizontally and vertically integrated across company functional groups including finance, engineering, material, manufacturing, and quality
- Tracks plans and schedules, performs risk analysis, identifies and resolves critical path and network logic conflicts
- Maintains rigorous cost-schedule integration and validates EVM through status reports
- Utilizes Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances to facilitate focus and intervention on critical areas
- The prime candidate will also be able to work in a high paced environment, meet deadline and produce analysis in a timely manner
- Conduct regular internal schedule audits to ensure compliance with requirements and policies
- Collaborate with the CAMs and major subcontractors to incorporate their subcontractor's interface giver / receiver activities into the prime integrated master schedule
- Candidate to be considered a subject matter expert (SME) in fulfilling a leadership role in guiding and training program team on scheduling practices and process improvement

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and 6 Years experience with Bachelors; 4 Years with Masters
- An active in-scope DoD Secret clearance
- 6 years of scheduling experience

Preferred Qualifications:
- Conducting Schedule Risk Assessments (SRA); and familiarity with SRA software tools are necessary
- 6 years of recent expert experience using MS Project or scheduling tools
Earned Value Management (EVM) practices and be able to support implementation on programs
- Experience in Schedule Baseline, Integrated Baseline Review (IBR) and DCMA Joint Surveillance Reviews (JSRs)
