Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems has an opening for a Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst 3 for our Redondo Beach, CA location.

The successful candidate must be able to work independently on multiple concurrent programs and proposals.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Develop, analyze, and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and Integrated
Master Plan (IMP) if required compliant with IPMR DI-MGMT-8186A and Earned Value
Management System (EVMS) compliance requirements.
Ensure program schedules are horizontally and vertically integrated.
Provide schedule planning analysis including:
DCMA 14-point
Critical Path and Driving Path Analysis
Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA)
Schedule Performance and Health Metrics and Analysis
Provide weekly and monthly status, analysis, and reports to Program Management
and our customers.
Establish and/or create Performance tracking tools as required.
Provide Configuration control of the Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB).
Support audits, Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBR) and Joint Surveillance Reviews (JSR) audits

The successful candidate will possess the following:
Ability to perform detailed schedule, resource, work, and cost analysis and make recommendations to solve problems
Ability to create presentation content and present to various levels of leadership
Ability to effectively work with multiple functional teams, supplier teams, and the Program/Project Manager

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with 6 years of work experience in Program Management, Industrial Engineering, Earned Value Management, Business, Finance, or System Engineering; OR a Master's degree with 4 years of work experience.
Proficient in MS Projector Schedule Risk Assessment Software, such as Primavera
Proficiency with Microsoft office suite including Excel.
Experience with Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) development, baseline, and management
Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) principles

Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications: PM, PMP or SP
Bachelor's or Master's in Business Administration or STEM
Exposure to Aerospace Industry and Defense Acquisition programs
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Access
Experience working proposals
