Program Operations Administrator 3

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is seeking a Program Operations Administrator to support the WISLA IBCS Program. This position will be located in Huntsville, Alabama.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the Program Operations manager to enable high performing program execution
- Recommends, interprets, and/or implements company and Program administrative policies and procedures
- Coordinate non-production material acquisition and property management for the program
- Develop, plan, and manage the movement of Program equipment/material to support the WISLA Program
- Coordinate Program material requirements with the WISLA Program to ensure specifications are appropriate for the services or products required
- Issues purchase orders in iBuy
- Coordinate with facilities organization for Program efforts of utilization of office space based on the Program requirements of organizational efficiency, and available facilities

Basic Qualifications:
-Bachelors and 6 years of experience leading or supporting material planning in relation to planning, scheduling, sourcing, purchasing, or supply chain management experience
- Skilled in the use of SAP
- Excellent computer skills w/MS Office Suite, emphasis on Excel
- Knowledgeable in Purchasing and other Supply Chain SAP functions

Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge in Purchaing in iBuy for the SAP/SRM eProcurement module
- Active Secret clearance
