Program Financial Analyst 3

Northrop Grumman Technology Services is seeking a Program Financial Analyst3 to join our team at our Huntsville, AL location.

You will assist with supporting the PEO Aviation Army Specialized Electronic Mission Aircraft (SEMA) program. This is a 9 year program including options.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing financial analysis for the Program Management Office and contribute to finance-related CDRLs.
  • Supporting monthly/year-end financial activities at the CLIN level of a large program with multiple contract types.
  • Determining, monitoring, and reviewing costs, operational budgets and schedules, manpower requirements and material purchases as it relates to managing costs and accurate/compliant invoicing.
  • Funds tracking, status reporting and notifications at the CLIN level for the program.
  • Reviewing inventory management methods and material purchase tracking applicable.
  • Pricing rough order magnitude estimates.
  • Assessing the progress against established plans and parameters, involvement in Estimate to Complete (ETC) and
  • Preparing Estimate at Complete (EAC).
  • Formulating and recommending corrective action measures such as schedule revisions, manpower adjustments, fund allocations, and work requirements.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline and6 years of experience or a Master's degree and4 year of experience or 4 additional years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite of tools: Word and PowerPoint, mid-level proficiency in Excel skills.
  • Experience supporting DoD contracts from a business management perspective.
  • Experience with CAS and DoD reporting.
  • Ability to obtain/maintain a Secret level security clearance.
  • US citizenship required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • SAP and Business Warehouse experience preferred.
  • Work experience in a DOD contracting environment.
  • Awareness of A-606 Revenue Recognition Requirements desired.
