Program Data Analytics Lead

Mission 1 / AMP / AMP 2 Program Data Analytics Lead – This technical, independent performer will primarily support the Program Integration Director with the required analyses of data to allow program leadership to make strategic decisions. The analyses will include the integration of program cost model data with high level schedule data to support program execution, proposal development, and to improve competitive positioning. Model & Tool development will include: developing & maintaining the processes and tools to support end-to-end Program Plans; utilization of tools to perform analyses, visualization and optimization of program critical path(s); and what-if scenarios to include new technology insertions. Other duties will include: support to program office logistics and operational coordination and communication; facilitation of cross program/mission technical and programmatic new initiatives as needed. Must have a technical background or ability to quickly come up to speed in this technical area. Must be a skilled communicator, with excellent presentation abilities, able to independently assess complex problems and decompose into a plan of action while coordinating across a large and diverse team of schedule/business/technical SMEs. Requires a technical background with commensurate experience in developing data-driven solutions for program and/or capture leadership and the ability to develop and present these solutions to internal/external executive leadership. An SCI clearance is preferred but not required to apply for this position.Basic Qualifications:

  • BS Degree in a STEM discipline from an accredited University.
  • Relevant experience in an aerospace environment
  • Active SCI is required
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (up, down, peers)

Must have at least 8 years experience, 7 with a Master’s degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SCI SSBI Clearance
  • MS Degree from an accredited University
  • Experience on Mission 1 / AMP / AMP 2
  • Similar experience on other NGAS Program(s) and knowledge of Best Practices
  • Proficient in MS Project 2013 and 2003 software
  • Proficient in MS Excel software
  • Experience with SRA software (Palisades @Risk preferred)
