Program Cost Scheduling & Control Analyst 2 (Secret Clearance Required)

The Program Controller will focus on tracking program costs in the MPM system to align with SAP, control programbudgets and management reserve, status expenditures incurred against the contract funding and forecast out funding needs for the program. The Program Controller also maintains the Control Account Dictionary (CAD)to tie the WBS to the SOW, produces Work Authorization Documents (WAD)to authorize the scope, schedule, and budget for the program. The Program Controller builds the Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR) and briefs to senior leadership, produces Contract Funds Status Reports (CFSR), and briefs monthly Cost Charts to leadership. The Program Controller is responsible forreporting the program profitability to leadershipincluding Return on Sales (ROS) analysisand providing financial analysis to connect the impacts of cost forecasts, risks and opportunities, and fee to the program's profitability.

Basic Qualifications:
-Bachelorsin Finance, Statistics, MIS, or related
-1 to 5 years work experience
-DoD secret clearance

Preferred Qualifications:
-Master's Degree
-Advanced Excel skills
-Public speaking experience / skills
-EVMS, SAP, MPM, wInsight experience
