The selected team member will be responsible for testing, troubleshooting and determining root causes of failures down to component level of electronic assemblies utilizing test equipment such as meters, oscilloscopes, power supplies and RF Instruments. Responsible for functionally testing electronic assemblies and mechanical assemblies to ensure quality conformance.

Job Duties:
Conduct testing and troubleshooting of production systems and components.
Document test results and provide feedback for product improvements.
Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve issues and enhance product quality
Maintain testing equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Uses hand and small power tools, and various measuring and testing devices in performing job duties.
May monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures.
Will adhere to Company's Safety and quality policies and Employee "Code of Conduct"
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent and a minimum 2 years additional education and/or test experience.
Experience troubleshooting and repairing electronic circuit boards and computer assemblies
Experience being able to read schematics
Experienced with general test equipment including Power Supplies, Signal Generators, Multi-meters, O-Scopes, RF Instruments, etc.
Experienced in Microsoft Office: Excel and Word
Experienced in Windows Operating systems
Ability to frequently move and position objects weighing 40-50 lbs. and work in areas of height and close spaces
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
Relevant technical degree or certification in electronics, engineering field or two years of technical/military training.
Experience with component level troubleshooting
Experienced with applying electronic and electro-mechanical theory
Experience with automated test equipment
* Basic experience with Windows operating systems and network configurations
Salary Range: $36,300.00 - $60,500.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
