Job Description:

Provide intelligence expertise to ensure B-2 WST mission scenarios are consistent with current threats/assets. This includes geographic and political considerations, threat environment for the entire mission, contingency support, advanced aircrew training in an operational environment, tactics updates to aircrew WST mission execution and manages all threat operations/interactions thru Suppressor. Ensure realistic threat/asset order of battle data is converted for use in the WST. Plan, develop and coordinate WST missions and associated products to support brief, execution, and debrief. Missions will include intelligence training objectives, briefs, electronic order of battle/country specific threats, scenarios, and scripts for console operations. Assist mission generation personnel in preparing missions, ensuring necessary threat/asset insight for the scenarios are consistent with training objectives. Brief participants on scenarios and threats to ensure realistic training in the WST. Manage WST mission debrief system in the MVR, perform post mission analyses, assess and debrief threat engagements.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Four years with Bachelors in Science Degree, two years with Master's Degree or, in lieu of degree, 6 years of applied experience may be considered.
  • Four year's experience as a qualified B-2 Intel Analyst.
  • Ability to "break out" Air Tasking and Air Coordination Orders and develop Mission Generation system (MGS) roles for Weapon System Trainer (WST) missions.
  • Operation experience in B-2 WST Instructor Operator Station operations, to include Suppressor, and the Mission Viewing Room (MVR).
  • Familiar with OBMT Threat Processing Tool & Current Mission Planning System
  • Must be proficient in the use of MS Office programs.
  • Current Top Secret clearance.
  • Eligible for CW-A/B clearance or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

Expertise in B-2 avionics, communications and operations. Experience with developmental modifications, and incorporation of commercial off the shelf systems/capabilities. Current Top Secret clearance.
