Product Trainer 2/3

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Product Trainer 2/3 in Boulder, CO!

The successful candidate needs to be familiar with Instructional Systems Development (ISD)and Integrated products such as: Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETM) and multimedia development. Development of Training Materials formal class Instruction (course conduct). Development products include: technical orders, lesson plans, trainee guides, student measurement, and academic presentations.

Candidate will work closely with Software, Hardware and System Engineers and utilize their products & updates to determine impacts to training. Training personnel will conduct data source analysis, data mining,
operational evaluations, and observe systems integration and test. Provide support to the team lead in proposal planning, and attend Customer meetings as needed. Research, develop, and conduct operations and maintenance training programs using the Instructional Systems Development (ISD) process. Design / produce corresponding technical documentation. Candidate should possess military training experience and training related to Space Operations/Satellite control and Technical Intelligence support. Candidate must be able to apply engineering techniques and procedures to evaluate operational systems and develop sound training approach.

Additional duties may be assigned commensurate with performance or due to business needs.

This requisition may be filled at a higher grade based on qualifications listed below.

This requisition may be filled at either a level2 or a level 3.

Basic Qualifications for a Band 2:

Three plus (3+) years of satellite ground station Operation / Training experience with satellite ground systems, OPIR sensors, missile warning/defense systems and/or Technical Intelligence operations, satellite command and control systems.

Bachelor's degreewith 3+ years experience required.

Candidate must have an active TS clearancewithin the past 2 yearsthe ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI.

Candidate also must have an active Background Investigation within the past 5 years.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with Computer-Based Instruction (CBI).

Air Force Space Command, Space Mission Force (SMF) Concept & Operation.
Scenario-Based Distributed Mission Training.

Courseware authoring tools and multimedia development a plus.

Knowledge of Air Force Space Commands implementation of theStandardized Space Trainer (SST) to support crew force trng.
