Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals located at Annapolis Junction, MD.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Work with system engineers, deployment leads, and other program personnel to gather pertinent information and format it into useable presentations and/or briefings.
Create documentation templates, format content, and present information in a concise, understandable format.
Assist with activities like status reporting, management of risks and issues, and development of quad charts for management.
Assist in the analysis of requirements, and preparation of comprehensive outlines for technical documentation.
Incorporate review comments and corrections into existing documentation.
Perform detailed editing of deliverables mentioned above.
Monitor quality and ensure adherence to established standards.
Assist project personnel with reports, and other documents such as training materials, user manuals, briefs, test documents, and installation procedures.

Basic Qualifications:
Three years of experience in conducting quality assurance (form, content, grammar and requirement compliance) of systems and software processes, PCA, documentation, and verification audits is required
Three years experience with an intelligence agency or SIGINT related experience.
Experience with Government systems and software engineering evaluation, including formal and informal audits and technical reviews, is highly desired
Understands basic concepts, assists in maintaining and developing the environment for hardware and software product build, staging, testing and integration
Assists in defining and implementing hardware and software configuration management processes and procedures; such as creating product build scripts and procedures, and integrating those scripts with the hardware and software build process
Implements hardware and software version control processes, policies and procedures
Utilizes configuration management tools to store, track, and manage configuration items
Candidate must be highly organized, thorough, self-motivated, proactive and outgoing. Extensive collaboration with project personnel and partner/customer groups is required

Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI w/Polygraph Required

Preferred Qualifications:
Candidates with these skills will be given preferential consideration.
Experience with Jira is highly desired
