The Northrop Grumman Mission Systems (NGMS) is looking for you to join our team as a Principle Engineer Test based out of Oklahoma City, OK.
What You'll get to Do:
Designs, develops, documents, tests and debugs applications software and systems that contain logical and mathematical solutions. Conducts multidisciplinary research and collaborates with equipment designers and/or hardware engineers in the planning, design, development, and utilization of electronic data processing systems for product and commercial software. Determines computer user needs; analyzes system capabilities to resolve problems on program intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques and controls; prepares operating instructions; designs and develops compilers and assemblers, utility programs, and operating systems. Ensures software standards are met Candidates will be performing software integration tests, and writing/executing formal qualification test procedures. This person must also Work well in a team environment, have strong communication skills and be willing to travel.
A nalyze, design, develop, test, modify and maintain embedded applications and support tools utilizing softwareengineering best practices and standards; participating in the full life-cycle activities of software development to include equirements, modeling, design, implementation, unit and integration test, release, installation and maintenance in an Agile development paradigm.
The candidate will participate in Agile scrum teams developing high quality products to our customers.
Will serve in a leadership role on software development efforts.

You'll Bring These Qualifications:
- Degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics discipline from an accredited university and 5+ years (Bachelors) or 3+ years (Masters) or 0+ years (PhD). An additional four years of relevant experience can be substituted for the Bachelor's degree.
- Experience with Microsoft Windows Technologies
- Active DoD Secret Clearance
- Hands-on troubleshooting skills
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
- Security+ Certification
- Experience with Agile software development
- Active DoD Top Secret Clearance
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong interpersonal skills
