Northrop Grumman is seeking a Principal Property/Asset Management Analyst at our Azusa, CA facility!
Successful candidate will oversee, manage and analyze activities associated with the property/asset management system to ensure that company, customer and US Government property located on site and at subcontractors are managed in accordance with applicable regulations and policies to achieve best value and operational excellence. Responsibilities would include running reports, disposition activities, record updates, contract reporting requirements, tax reporting, coordinating shipments and receipts, asset identification, performing contractor self assessments, loss reporting, sub contractor control, and other duties as assigned. Must be familiar with Government Property FAR, DFARS, and NASA FAR Supplement requirements. Applicant will also interface with the contracts department and customers to provide guidance pertaining to the property management life cycle, as well as developing, recommending, and implementing property management procedures with internal/external customers. • Bachelor's Degree & 6+ years of government property asset management experience, OR a Master's degree & 4+ years of government property asset management experience
• Understanding and working experience of government property administration FAR/DFARS principles, theories, and concepts
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Ability to obtain & maintain a DoD security clearance (US Citizenship Required)
• Experience utilizing SAP material management
• Experience with Crystal reporting
• Current security clearance
