We are seeking a Principal or Senior Principal Software Engineer, specializing in embedded Linux, networking protocols and administration of complex networking environments, for the immediate support of space infrastructure development programs. Great candidates will have developed software on embedded targets as well as desktop PCs running both Linux and Microsoft Windows. Knowledge of the following technical topics is valuable to the position:
- Network administration under Linux and Windows
- Network router/switch setup and configuration
- Network protocols and their applicability to resiliency and fault tolerance
- Spacecraft command/control interface standards
- Python and C/C++ software development, test and integration
- General spacecraft operations
