Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems has an opening for a Principal Systems Engineer, Software Requirements to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
If selected, you will perform technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems. Perform analyses at all levels of software system product to include: concept, design, test, operation, and maintenance.
Ensure the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total software systems solutions that acknowledge technical,
schedule, and cost constraints. Perform functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into software specifications.
Work in an Agile software development environment as part of a scrum team to refine, maintain, and verify software requirements specifications for
flight software and software tools.
Candidates must have a Bachelors of Science degree in STEM discipline with a minimum of 4 years experience in Engineering; 2 years with Masters Degree in STEM discipline
Candidate must have an active DoD Secret and a background investigation within the scope of six years. Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain all required security clearances and program specific accesses.
Candidate has B-2 program clearance and a minimum of 2 years experience on the B-2 program.
Candidate has experience with DOORS.
