Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is seeking an embedded hardware design engineer for the development of advanced processing and control subsystems. Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is a leading global supplier of secure software-defined mission systems. The Digital Technology and Secure Processing department develops subsystems and products that range in size from advanced node ASICs to multi-chassis processing and control subsystems. This position is for an embedded designer that will design and develop advanced digital Systems on Chip (SoCs) used in radar, electronic warfare, communication and other sensor and processing applications. The ideal candidate has experience with Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), embedded processor architectures, Linux driver and kernel development, and embedded C programming used to implement processor architecture and experience developing high reliability products for military and aerospace customers.
