Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Pricing & Estimating Pricing Analyst/Program Financial Analyst 2 or 3 to join our team at our Huntsville, AL or Middle River, Maryland Locations. This will be a dual role position where the individual will work as a Pricing Analyst and Program Financial Analyst. The Pricing Analyst supports contract proposal preparation, proposal cost volume development, cost estimation, and departmental operations duties. You will function in a fast paced proposal environment and works closely with program/proposal team members developing cost proposals while ensuring compliance and schedule adherence. Position Responsibilities: Develops, analyzes, evaluates, coordinates, prepares, and supports cost proposals to government and commercial customers. Review Requests for Proposals (RFP) and proposal documents for compliance to customer specifications/requirements and adherence to company policy. Ensure Northrop Grumman Estimating System compliance and provide interpretation of RFP requirements. Interact with personnel and management at all levels; interface and coordinate with other business management personnel on a daily basis. Provide reviews of all estimates prior to delivery and review by senior management. Prepares and presents costs estimates to management, customer representatives and government audit agencies. Ensures adherence to Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA), and Northrop Grumman policies and procedures with regard to cost proposal preparation, review, compliance, submission, updates/revisions, and negotiations. Supports audit requests, fact-finding, and negotiation discussions and the program budget baseline process. Support various departmental business management & operations functions. Utilize your demonstrated ability to develop and present information to a variety of stakeholders. In the Program Financial Analyst role Responsibilities include: Providing financial analysis for the Program Management Office and contribute to finance-related CDRLs Supporting monthly/year-end financial activities at the CLIN level of a large program with multiple contract types Determining, monitoring, and reviewing costs, operational budgets and schedules, manpower requirements and material purchases as it relates to managing costs and accurate/compliant invoicing Funds tracking, status reporting and notifications at the CLIN level for the program Reviewing inventory management methods and material purchase tracking applicable Pricing rough order magnitude estimates Assessing the progress against established plans and parameters, involvement in Estimate to Complete ( ETC ) and Preparing Estimate at Complete ( EAC ) Formulating and recommending corrective action measures such as schedule revisions, manpower adjustments, fund allocations, and work requirements NGLinkedDS
