Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems (NGAS) is a premier developer, integrator, producer and supporter of manned and unmanned aircraft, spacecraft, high-energy laser systems and microelectronics critical to maintaining the nation's security.
NGAS is seeking an Earned Value Management Analyst 4 in our StSt division for our Palmdale, CA facility.
This role will report to the Manager of EVMS and will be a member of a team responsible for supporting programs for compliance with EVMS requirements, EVMS training and program implementation support.
Responsibilities include, but not limited:
- EVMS liaison with customers, government oversight agencies, and program offices.
- EVMS training activities for project personnel.
- Coordination and conduct of Integrated Baseline Reviews and EVMS Joint Surveillance Reviews.
Bachelor's Degree with 6 years experience OR a Master's Degree with 4 year experience in Program Control / Scheduling / Control Account Manager / Business Management type functions
Knowledge of Earned Value Management principals and EIA-748 guidelines (previously ANSI).
Experience in an Earned Value compliance role.
Earned Value Professional (EVP) Certification.
Experience leading or participating in Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBR) at the Prime or Subcontract level.
Experience with participation in Joint Surveillance Reviews (JSR) with DCMA or a prime contractor.
Experience with MS Project and Micro-Frame Program Manager (MPM)
