Payload Operator/Specialist (Test Conductor 4)
Northrop Grumman is looking for well qualified Sr Test Conductors to support our Palmdale site.
Roles and responsibilities include but not limited to: Provide subject matter expertise for multiple payload systems, including but not limited to sensor operational manuals, operational checklists, troubleshooting procedures as well as training courseware development and improvements. Support test planning and execution efforts, with emphasis on payloads, and provide regular briefings to senior leadership. Interface with system design and analysis functions to influence payload performance improvements. Train for, and execute test missions in the role of payload operator. Assist in the management and development of operational tactical guides, documents, and publications.
9 Years with Bachelor's degree; 7 Years with Master's degree. Candidate must have practical experience working with various airborne payload systems. Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of formal degree. Minimum 9 years operational payload/sensor operator experience. Current Secret Clearance (within last 5 years) and ability to obtain SAP/SAR access.
Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics discipline. Current and active Top Secret clearance. Prior military experience in the aviation field.
