Northrop Grumman is in need of a Special Operations (SOF) Fires Analyst, to assist with combat exercise simulation.As a Fires Analyst for the U.S. Army's Mission Command Training Program, Operations Group Juliet (OPSGRP-J), you will support collective training requirements of Army Special Operations units. Provide direct support to the OPSGRP-J Fires Warfighting Function Chief. Develop and produce graphic products for After Action Reviews (AAR), Mission Command Training (MCT) Workshops, In-Progress Reviews, and briefings. When required, assists in exercise design, scenario development, weekly pre-exercise planning meetings, site surveys, and exercise planning conferences. Assist Senior Analyst in completing associated deliverable documents. Maintain proficiency in Special Operations Force - Conventional Force Interdependence, Integration and Interoperability (SOF-CFI3). Support the MCTP AAR analysis and production. Serve as a Planning Team Lead responsible for planning, preparation, documentation, and execution of contractor supported MCTP exercises and OPSGRP-J activities. Assist Senior Analyst in completing associated deliverable documents.

Basic Qualifications:
Minimum MEL 4-CGSC, or Equivalent
Expertise in Joint Fires
BS or BA degree with 6 years related experience.
Must have, or be able to obtain, a DoD Secret Clearance.
Familiar with current Army/Joint doctrine.
Highly proficient with MS Office suite of software.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience at an FA Battalion or Brigade S-3.
Graduate degree.
Brigade or higher staff officer experience.
