Northrop Grumman Technology Services is seeking a Subcontracts Administrator to join its team of qualified, diverse professionals engaged in supporting dynamic, complex, and challenging programs. The selected candidate will work in a dynamic people-focused environment and will be a team member of Northrop Grumman's Technology Services, Grand Sky Global Supply Chain Center of Excellence. The Global Supply Chain Center of Excellence will be conducting every day GSC activities for the International HALE Global Hawk programs.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to perform in the functional areas of subcontracting. Responsibilities will encompass the full range of the supply chain acquisition process and will prepare bid packages, participate in bidders conferences, analyzes and evaluates proposals, negotiates terms and conditions, select or recommends subcontractors, writes awards, and administers resulting subcontracts. Negotiates and coordinates additions, deletions, or modifications to subcontracts.
Ensuring compliance to company policies and procedures, documentation and preparing subcontract files in compliance with Northrop Grumman policies and procedures and Federal Government contracting regulations. The successful candidate will demonstrate the skill and ability to analyze and apply sound judgment to problem solving, be able to communicate effectively and have the ability to collaborate across functional areas and with co-workers.
Basic Qualifications:
Proven ability to work well in team environments; organizational skills, and strong written and oral communication skills.
BS/BA degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, Finance, Accounting or related field from an accredited institution.

Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous internship in business or supply chain
Experience with international procurement
Previous work experience, teamwork experience, and interpersonal communication skills
SAP experience, MS Office and MS Excel.
Proven success as a team player and collaborator, and eagerness to learn in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
Working knowledge of FAR and DFARS
