Network Communications 3 - COMSEC Custodian

Northrop Grumman is seeking a full-time Network Communications 3-COMSEC Custodian to work in a Northern Virginia office for a restricted Customer.

The candidate will be a COMSEC Custodian assisting the primary custodian in the management of operational requests in the ordering, storage, documentation, and distribution of a large COMSEC keystore that is transitioning from an old system to a digital infrastructure. Attention to detail and organization is a must!

An active TS/SCI with polygraph is required for this position.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree with 5 years of professional experience. Additional 4 years' experience in lieu of degree is acceptable.

  • Experience managing and maintaining secure material in support of operations
  • Ordering, storage, documentation, and distribution of COMSEC keys
  • Demonstrated experience in COMSEC installation and validation/verification
  • Experience training users

Active TS/SCI with Poly is required to qualify for this position.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of government regulations for COMSEC management

Previous installation support

Knowledge of STE telephones and peripherals
