Naval Program Manager / Secret Clearance

If you are ready to accept the challenge, we are seekinga motivated professional to join our team as a Program Manager, in Norfolk, VA.

As a Program Manager, this individual will lead and manage diverse and geographically dispersed technical support teams at multiple training locations/commands co-located with our Navy customers and stake-holders Afloat Training Group (ATG) Atlantic, Mayport, and Norfolk, Engineering Assessments Atlantic (EAA), and Tactical Training Group Atlantic (TTGL).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for cost, schedule and technical performance of a cost plus fixed fee (CPFF) contract
Building and sustaining customer and stakeholder relations with suitable expectations regarding program performance, budgets and technical requirements
Daily customer contact for program activities, schedule, and technical performance
Manage the Fleet Synthetic Training (FST) program at ATG to include:
o Develop and maintain the multi day scenario timelines and all supporting messages/ documents necessary to conduct a professional assessment event
o Liaise with TTGL to ensure scenario specifics are up to date with the Treasure Coast scenario used for all FST events
o Act as the tactical scenario execution lead for all FST-U events in Norfolk and Mayport
o Develop, maintain, and update the scenario foundation notebook and provide a command level brief to each ship prior to the scheduled FST event
Review program (specific) data, evaluate program plans/changes and assist in the preparation of documents with various senior levels, civilian and military stakeholders
Analyze program information, strategize plans, produce quality analytic work in the form of information papers, white papers, briefs, and executive correspondence and effectively present the results in a clear and concise manner when required
Provide leadership and ethical guidance to subordinates based on NG organizational goals and company policies
Collaborate with customers to develop new business opportunities and expand the scope of work with the ATG customer

Basic Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar technical field or related technical management discipline.
2. Experienced subject matter expert in multiple Naval Warfare Areas.
3. Minimum of 10 years' experience at the senior management/leadership level, to include demonstrated and successful team supervisory experience.
4. An experienced and ethical manager and leader, with ability to lead effectively in a cross functional and geographically dispersed team environment.
5.Current SECRET clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience and familiarity with ATGs, CNSL, and the US Navy's Basic Phase Unit-Level Training process.
2. Experience as a shipboard Combat System Training Team (CSTT) and/or Integrated Training Team (ITT) leader, including the demonstrated ability and experience in the Plan, Brief, Execute, Debrief (PBED) process.
