Resiliency & Rapid Prototyping and Advanced Programs (R&RP)/AP is seeking an Archinaut Program Manager (PM) and In-Space Assembly and Manufacturing and Servicing (ISAMS/S) Lead. Responsibilities include completion of execution of Archinaut Phase I ISAM/S ground test demo and closeout. Lead Archinaut Phase II as Program Manager: manage day-to-day program and mentor a small company for a ISAM/S space flight demo team. As ISAM/S business lead, also develop and implement strategy and investment to capture follow-on work. Engage restricted customers to identify further opportunities for flying printing head, robotics, modular assemblies (RF comm & solar arrays), and printed structural elements on space systems enabled by this technology. Define sector ISAM/s strategy and integrate with rest of corporation. Plan near and midterm steps toward achieving that goal, engage upper management, overarching corporate strategy that includes all four sectors (IS, MS, AS, TS). Also serves as senior R&RP/AP staff member supporting major priority captures as IPT lead. Develops talent.

- Bachelor's degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) discipline from an ABET accredited university with 7+ years ofengineering experience OR
- Master's degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) discipline from an ABET accredited university with 5+ years of engineering experience
- Previous project management experience for technical, cost, and schedule milestones
- A current Top Secret/SSBI and/or active SCI clearance
- Proven track record of leadership
- Space Resiliency & Rapid Prototyping experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Effective communicator and presenter
