Mgr Software Engineering 1 / Confirguration Manager

Deputy Sub project manager (SPM) position in the Resource Control area. This group supports provides resource control/software configuration management expertise for two major Northrop Grumman Mission Systems programs. Responsible for supporting the SPM with cost/schedule for the overall area and management of the SWCM group overseeing multiple baselines. Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.

Basic Qualifications:

Must have knowledge of full-lifecycle software, documentation, and all aspects of Configuration Management including planning, identification, control, status accounting, reporting, and auditing in a process driven environment.

Support program management in configuration control by developing, interpreting and implementing configuration management procedures in accordance with company procedures and Government standards

Management Experience.

Current Top Secret Clearance required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience controlling and base-lining COTS products integrated into the software environment.

Experience controlling and base-lining virtual environments.

Experience with Linux scripting

SCI Clearance Preferred
